This Privacy Policy describes how McKeown Group LLC, doing business as Black Optix Tint Nashville ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit this website, submit a form, request a quote, book an appointment, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

01 Who we are

02 Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you request a quote, book an appointment, or contact us by phone, text or email, we may collect:

Your name
Your mobile phone number
Your email address
Vehicle information (such as make, model, and year)
The service or package you select or inquire about
Any other information you choose to provide in messages or notes
Your marketing and non-marketing text messaging consent choices

Information from phone calls. If you call us or we call you, we may record or monitor the call for quality, training, and recordkeeping purposes. Where required by law, we will notify you at the start of the call, and by continuing the call you consent to the recording.

Information collected automatically. The quote form on this website is validated in your browser, and this site does not itself store or transmit form submissions. Our hosting provider processes standard server request information in order to deliver the site securely.

We do not collect payment card information through our website; payments are handled in person.

03 How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your quote requests, inquiries, and appointment bookings
Send you transactional text messages and emails about your appointments, quotes, and services (see Section 4)
Send you marketing messages if you have opted in (see Section 4)
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and Services
Maintain records of messaging consent
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We offer text messaging, and you may opt in through several channels: by submitting a form on our website, by texting us first (including texting a keyword to our number), by phone, or in person at our location. In each case we provide the required disclosures at the point of opt-in.

Non-marketing (transactional) messages. With your consent, we send text messages about your appointment reminders, quote confirmations, and service updates.

Marketing messages. We send promotional texts (offers, discounts, and promotions) only to people who separately and voluntarily opt in by checking the marketing consent box. Marketing consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you can submit any form on this site without agreeing to receive any text messages at all.

For all messages: messages may be sent using automated technology, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop transactional messages related to a service you have requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging consent will not be shared with any third parties except subcontractors or service providers (such as our messaging platform) acting on our behalf to deliver the messaging service, and those parties are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Automated, AI-assisted, and staff communications. Our communications - including text messages and any chat feature on our website - may be handled by automated systems, by artificial intelligence tools (including tools provided by third-party service providers), by our staff, or by a combination of these, and a single conversation may move between them. When you message us, your messages may be processed and stored by us and those providers to operate the service, respond to you, and improve our support. 05 Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any non-essential processing.

06 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

With service providers who perform services for us (such as our CRM and messaging platform, email provider, and website host), under contracts limiting their use of the information.
For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of McKeown Group LLC, our customers, or others.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

As stated in Section 4, SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are never shared for third-party or affiliate marketing.

07 Email communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will honor opt-out requests promptly. Transactional emails about your appointments or services may continue.

08 Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain records of messaging consent for at least the period required to demonstrate compliance.

09 Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the Tennessee Information Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other state privacy laws. These may include the right to:

No financial incentives. We do not offer financial incentives or charge different prices in exchange for the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of your personal information. 11 Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our messaging programs are not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12 Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
